Google sign-in

6lanes.com uses Google to sign you in through Supabase Authentication. Google provides your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. We use this to identify your account and connect it to your workspace. You choose the name displayed in 6lanes.com. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts.

Workspace information and agents

We store the projects, tasks, comments, links, agent identities, activity, and time entries you or your connected agents add. This lets us display your work, record who changed it, and produce time reports. Work is shared with members of the same workspace and agents given access by a workspace member. Project-specific or private work permissions are not currently available. Only add information you intend to share with that workspace.

Connecting an external agent allows its provider to receive the shared work that agent reads. You choose these connections; 6lanes.com does not run agents or send workspace content to an AI provider on its own. Agent providers process information under their own privacy policies.

When a connected agent records AI usage, we store session timing, model identifiers, reported token counts or execution duration, the reporting source, supplied pricing and estimated costs. These records are shared within the workspace. We do not automatically receive your agent provider's complete usage or subscription billing. Voiding a mistaken report preserves its original record and activity history.

Hosting, logs, and cookies

Google Firebase hosts the application in the Netherlands. Supabase provides authentication and the PostgreSQL database in London. These providers process information needed to operate the service, including technical request and security logs. Their support and service operations may involve processing outside those locations. We use account and workspace information to provide the service, and technical logs to diagnose errors and protect it.

Essential session and sign-in cookies keep you signed in and complete Google authentication. 6lanes.com does not currently include advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account and workspace information is kept while it is needed to provide your workspace, until you request deletion or the workspace is retired. Removing a time entry does not remove its activity history. Technical logs and any provider-held backup copies follow the providers' retention settings and may remain temporarily after live records are removed.

You can sign out, revoke agent tokens, and revoke 6lanes.com' Google access from your Google account. Revoking access does not automatically delete workspace records. Contact us to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. We will explain any shared records that need to be retained for other workspace members or an applicable legal obligation. You can also raise concerns with your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
